Help! Cannot access to any media files!
-
Hello World!
I have been using the most basic free plan from WordPress.
However, I am panicking as all the images uploaded to the site cannot be viewed (even in the backend Media tab). At first, I thought it is due to the outdated theme (however, I changed several themes, but it didn’t work) or the clash of any plugins (which I am using free plan, so not eligible to use any plugins lol).Desperate to seek help!!! Please!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, can you tell me more about the trouble you are having? I can see that you have media on billycheuk.wordpress.com when I look in your media library here: https://wordpress.com/media/billycheuk.wordpress.com
You are sure the issue is with billycheuk.wordpress.com and not some other site? From what I can see this site has been dormant for several years, but it sounds like you are referring to a site you have used more recently that that. Is it at a different address perhaps?
Thanks for the additional info!

Hi there! Thank you for the prompt reply!
I am seeking help for the site billycheuk.wordpress.com .It is actually my portfolio site. There should be images showing my works when you click into different projects. However, they are all blank/cannot be loaded. Back-end wise, all images (even if I uploaded new ones) in my media library. Screenshot is attached below. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_QKTsA25wT9UR7Y7oDGWXa_ga-G7nyKo/view?usp=drivesdk
Appreciate if you have any solutions. Thanks🙏🏼

Thanks for that! When viewing your media library, I see the images just fine:

Can you give us more information about what device/OS/browser you’re using to access your media library? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thanks!

Thank you everyone! After several trials and testings, I found out that it’s the network problem. I feel like it’s the network of my company. For now, it’s been solved. GREAT THANKS AGAIN !!!!!
