Help! cannot access websites and Index of/ cgi-bin.

my wordpress blogs are moonacregardenart.com and theecofriendlykid.com.
Moonacre displays Index of/ ftpquota and cgi-bin. theeco just has cgi-bin. theeco is a core domain and moonacre is an add-on domain with BrainHost. Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!
