Help! Cannot recover password can't get into my site

  My website is http://www.Hendersonsontheroad.com
  I am unable to reset password and the domain is locked. I need the domain unlocked asap and need password reset. Without being able to log on to WordPress.com I can’t even get support.

  I have a paid plan with wordpress.com premium site. Ive provided all this information on the Account recovery form and it says it can’t find the site.

  Please help
