Help! Can’t access my site or admin

  I have had a WordPress website since 2013, but the last time I was actively on it was in December. Today I attempted to access the site & got an error message ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties.’ Worse yet I can’t access my admin– attempting log-in didn’t work & when I tried to change the password I’m told that there is no account connected to my email! Yet I can access my wordpress.com profile @curiousart & the help bot I contacted could see it was connected to my website. I don’t have a paid account so I can’t contact a human. I’d gladly sign up for a paid account but it seems like the plans are designed to create a new site– I just want access to my existing site!! What can I do??
