Help, can't access site! "You don't have any WordPress sites yet"

  Any ideas why wordpress.com would suddenly not recognise my site information? Under my purchases, for WordPress Business plan it says “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases”. This is a serious issue and need fixing ASAP however have to rely on email support since live chat isn’t available (as business plan has disappeared).

  Hi there!

  Is this for the site the-token-vault.com? If so I do see you have an open email support request with WordPress.com Staff and they should be responding to you shortly. They’re working through a larger than normal volume of support requests at this time and they answer them in the order in which they were received.

  However, since you have a Business subscription, you’re given the highest priority in their requests, so you’ll need to be patient for a bit longer and they’ll respond with help in getting you reconnected to your site.

  Hi, yes that is the URL. To be clear it says I don’t have access to my wordpress.com business subscription since it is site specific (and the site cannot be accessed hence the problem. Thankyou for the advice I shall have to wait.
