Help! Can't add (or find) RSS Widget

  I need to add an RSS widget to our WordPress blog which will feed directly to our website: doorcountynorth.org.

  I read all the info and it said to find the Widgets under Appearance. Problem is, I have no link for Appearance.

  Can anyone help someone who feels quite stupid right now?
