Help!! Can't connect Twitter and Instagram widgets to my accounts!

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to link my Twitter and Instagram accounts to the widgets I’ve inserted into the main side bar but neither are showing up. The twitter one just says “my tweets” rather than showing and the instagram widget just won’t load the authorisation page. I’ve tried different browsers and I don’t know what to do next – someone, please help!

    Hi Lucie,
    Have you tried logging into your instagram and twitter accounts and having them open. Then open a tab with WordPress.com and try to to connect the accounts?

    My instagram was also not showing up until I did this.

    Hi, I managed to install the Twitter widget to my a/c. I logged into twitter – settings – widget, clicked on Twitter widget. I think I remember l had to copy the code. Then I pasted code to WordPress widget. See my WP blog. Twitter widget working.

    Hi,

    It usually only shows the words ‘my tweets’ when the ‘code’ is pasted wrongly… remember only the numbers not the ‘whole link’ is what you paste into your widget for twitter. Just check the guideline

    Instagram Widget Guidelines, it’s usually a case of just missing something, I remember it happening to me…
