Help can't edit themes or use any builder

    Hello,
    I have an old wordpress site that I am trying to redisgn.
    Everything is up to date, but now I can’t customize themes (white screen) or use any builder plugin to edit pages (loading with no progress).
    I tried the following:
    loging out, clearing catche etc.
    Disabeling all plugins
    Re-installing of WP site
    Trying to use the default theme
    Cheking if visual editor is disabled
    I tryed to update PHP
    I edited the wp config file with the following: <?php opening tag: define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);

    Nothing worked.
    While checking the health of the site, everything is good but I am seeing this warning, maybe it has something to do with it:
    The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

    The REST API call gave the following unexpected result: (403) {“code”:”rest_cookie_invalid_nonce”,”message”:”Cookie check failed”,”data”:{“status”:403}}.

    I don’t know how to fix it or what it means.
    Please if you have any idea what would help that would be great.

    Instead your host (ČuBraD) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
