Help! Can't find Dashboard

I can’t find the Dashboard to my blog! and when i log in it says I have no blog!
This was the blog i was working on for quite some time now: http://shepherdstable.wordpress.com/
All i can get to now is Reader, Notifications, Create a Blog and Settings. Does anyone know how I get to the Dashboard please??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the link http://shepherdstable.wordpress.com/wp-admin/You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it.
Dashboard > Settings > Reading
