Help: can't follow new blogs

  Dear Support,

  It seems that i accidentally follow too many blogs today and my account has been flagged so I can’t follow blogs anymore.
  I actually did not know there was a policy about followers and i just discovered checking in the support forum; I now understand your policy and I will not do this again in the future.
  Can you please remove the block from my account?
  I really appreciate your help and i would like to thank you in advance for your patience!

  Hi Alberto,

  I’ve checked your account and there are no follow restrictions in place. Are you having trouble following one particular blog or does the problem occur with all blogs?

  Dear gemmacevans,

  thank you for your reply! I was completely unable to follow new blogs in general for about 2 hours, I now tried to follow someone just to see if it works and it seems that i have no more restrictions.
  Maybe was a temporary error?
  I am sorry if i disturbed you but the problem seems solved…

  Hi lisoladipirro,

  I’m glad it’s working again now. Following a large number of blogs in quick succession will cause the Reader to stop functioning properly and in some cases, block follows altogether. As long as you are following a reasonable number of sites and aren’t using the follow feature to promote your site, the Reader should continue working.
