That’s a WordPress.ORG error message. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Well that’s where I’m confused. Because it is a wordpress.com site. My domain is run through godaddy & that’s how they work. Do I need to contact them to get more memory space?
