HELP! Can't log into my business website!

  My site has some problems at the moment and I wanted to go into my backend to try and see whats wrong, but I can’t log in! I am trying to log into my business site: http://www.bikiniangel.com and I have ALL my passwords automatically saved to my MAC, but none of them work! My account is linked to my email address, but it tells me even THAT email address doesn’t work. None of my email addresses work to retrieve a missing password. How can this be???? I even had to log into this support forum with a different account :(

  I am sorry for your trouble. Your site is self-hosted. So please get in touch with your web host who will be in a better position to help you.

  I contacted my host. They tried to help and log me in successfully to the “membership” part of my site, but not the correct area. He says as it is a multisite, they cannot help. When he logs me in, I get into the wrong backend. I don know why my automatic link and log in doesn’t work anymore :(
