Help! Can't send payment via Paypal

  Hi.

  I can’t seem to send payment to upgrade via Paypal. Whenever I do, it gives me this error.

  We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now

  Return to merchant and try a different payment method
  We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant’s website and try using a different payment method (if available).

  I don’t have any other means of paying except for Paypal. Can anyone help me with this?

  It seems like you were able to purchase the WordPress.com Premium Plan:

  Hi.

  I decided to pay via debit card. Hope you can do something about payments via paypal error.

  PayPal processes all of our transactions, so perhaps it was just a temporary issue, or was related to your PayPal account.

  Regardless, I’m glad that you were able to obtain your WordPress.com Premium Plan.
