Help, can't upgrade!

  Hi, I’d like to upgrade my free account but I can’t figure out how. I can’t see any options “manage purchases” — they are very greyed out. I can’t see any options under “contact us” either. I’m keen to give you $ but can’t figure out how. I’m going around in circles. Please advise!

  Are you wanting to upgrade https://dorothywrites.wordpress.com/ There should be a button at “Manage Purchases” if you scroll down or you can reach that same page via “My Sites” and “Plan”.

  Hi — I don’t have problems getting to Manage Purchases. As I said in my original post, the issue is there are not options available under “Manage Purchases” — they are very greyed out.

  I also can’t input my credit card under Billing. It says “That method is not allowed.”

  Hi there,

  The Purchases page is intended for managing upgrade you already own. It’s not the place where you go to buy a new upgrade.

  To upgrade your site, go to My Site ->Plan, select the plan you want, and complete the checkout process.

  Also note that the only site you’re able to upgrade at the moment is dorothywrites.wordpress.com, as that’s the only site you own and where you are an admin.

  You won’t be able to upgrade the other site in your account, studygroup12.wordpress.com, as you’re only a contributor on that site, not an admin.
