Help centering text and removing search bar

  I need to remove the ‘Nothing Found’ search bar at the bottom of my page:

  I also want to center the header text for where it says ‘About’ http://springhousefinancial.com/
  and for where it says ‘Contact’
  http://springhousefinancial.com/contact/
