HELP!!! chamged to UTF-16 so now it all looks chinese???

  Please help. By changing to UTF-8 because I hade som troubles with som danish charathers (Æ,Ø,Å) I thougt that would do the trick. But to my horror it now looks like chinese ? It is impossible for me to go back. Can anyone help me ?
