HELP!!! Change domain name

  I changed my website name on SiteGround but it didn’t update here in WordPress.
  Now, somehow, my old website is gone and the one with the new name is empty.
  I can see there is a button to restore your previous website but when I click it says the change can only be made by the administrator, which I am.
  What can I do??? Please help!!
