Help! Change primary blog setting!

I just created a new blog with my current account but I am planning to delete the old blog and just use the new one. So how do I change the new one to my primary blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Don’t delete the old blog. Make it private instead because deleted blog URLs are not recycled here.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes. Note: This is not a retroactive change. Former comments you made will remain linked to the other blog.

Blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. When we delete a blog that blog address (name) URL cannot be recycled and reused by anyone. Read this please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ -

and does anyone know how to actually change the name of an existing primary blog? i’d like to change it from http://www.klobkatyalex.wordpress.com to www. klobtolucainternational.wordpress.com

There is no “www’ in amy WordPress.com URL.
klobtolucainternational.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
The address klobtolucainternational.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved!When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting.
