HELP: Changed title & tagline of site but when I link it, its still the old one.

  Please help me….
  As the topic title says, the Title and tagline at the top of my site has been changed to something completely different but when I post links to my site on facebook for example, the origional title, tagline AND user name still show up. I have changed all of them in the customizer and its all saved, when I access my sight, its exactly how I want it, with the new Title and tagline. I changed the blog address and that does show up correctly as the new one, but everything else is the old one. I´ve looked everywhere and cant figure it out.

  My new title is “Designer Expat”, same as my domain, and “A-Zs of Interior Design , Architecture & Fashion” is my Tagline.

  When I post this link on facebook, the old info is displayed to people like this:

  “My life in Lisbon” with tagline “Motherhood, Design and Expatry” by This Lisbonian Mom
