Help changing the owner of this site

  I’m going to upload plugins but it needs user roles. Somehow the previous owner has gone and I can’t delete her user. Help

  Hi there,

  What’s the site you want to upload plugins to? Only WordPress.com sites with the Business plan have the ability to upload plugins and I see only free sites under the account you’re using to post to this thread.
