Help Chat Not Working- Need Help ASAP

I own a new non-profit organization. My team and I have used WordPress to build a website. I paid for the domains we purchased and our Business Plan. My primary web developer has been “replaced” by another user. We do not know why or how this has happened. No one on our team can access our websites. We are very concerned about theft.
I have tried to use the support function within WordPress, but when it prompts me to connect with a happiness engineer, there is nothing to click or use.
Please help us.

Thank you so much for replying! I registered riverfolkrescue.com, riverfolkimpact.com, and riverfolkimpact.org. I’m now unable to use or access any of them. None of my attached users are able to do anything either.

I’ve also realized that there’s a new pending charge to my credit card. I don’t know if this is something that this imposter has done, or if it’s a normal charge I should expect.

You haven’t been hacked, there is no imposter or identytheft! You are simply logged in to the wrong account.
Log out from current riverfolkimpact2024 and log in again as riverfolkimpact, the account owning those sites.
et voila, problem solved.
