Help Chatbox Missing

  Hi

  I am hoping to chat to an adviser but I cannot find the chat box anywhere. It isn’t in any of the suggested places.

  We’re doing our best to expand live chat to 100% of users 24/7. However, currently, the chat box will only appear if we have a Happiness Engineer available for chat. Is there anything I can help you with here in the forums? Happy to email you as well if you prefer that method!
