Help connecting my purchased domain and wordpress after I already paid

WordPress and domain are no longer connected. I am brand new to this and thought I had it all set up two days ago, started making changes and revisions and then I went to log in today and they were no longer connected? I have the domain address that I can go to and look at the changes I made two days ago and then when I go to wordpress it doesn’t seem to think I have purchased a doman? Any easy solutions for this? I’m sure there is, but I am a bit lost…

Are you talking about http://killarneycooks.com/ ? That is a self-hosted WordPress.ORG website, not a WordPress.com blog. This forum is only for WordPress.com blogs. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You need to log into that site via WordPress.org to edit it. Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.

As noted above you really have two different blogs – one with a single recipe in it killarneycooks.com/ that is self hosted
you have a second blog here killarneycooks.wordpress.com. – that has no content in it yet
what do you really want to do – use your self hosted site?
Or do you want to host here and change the name from killarneycooks.wordpress.com. to killarneycooks.com/ when someone visits? That requires domain mapping here – but then you keep killarneycooks.com/ registered but stop your other hosting
