Help connecting to host

    Hello, we are trying to connect our domain to our host platform and are getting the error message of ‘domain not found’.

    Can you please help check my DNS and name servers? Or help assess the issue please? Thank you!

    Hi there,

    I checked the domain from our end, and the nameservers are pointed over to WordPress.com correctly. Also, the connection subscription is set up correctly as well.

    The privacy error that you see when you visit your site usually happens when SSL isn’t provided. Our automated process adds SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt shortly after domain registration or linking. Because we add SSL certificates for our domains in batches, it can take up to 72 hours to add an SSL certificate to your website.
     
    I noticed that the SSL certificate is now fully installed on your site, which now appears secured.

    I recommend contacting Go Daddy and ensuring everything is set up correctly on that end.
