Help converting my site to a self-hosted WordPress.org site?

  Hello,

  I’m currently running a WordPress.com site and looking for help on how to migrate/convert to a self hosted site. I would still like to utilize WordPress’ themes if possible or keep a similar look and feel to my blog, but would like to find out what’s involved. I have no idea where to start!
