Help correctly formatting email hosting details as given to me by my provider

  My details provided by hostpapa for my email hosting to continue aren’t in the correct format when I enter them into wordpress.com

  The only info they have provided is as follows:

  Hostpapa’s shared DNS settings are ns1.hostpapa.com and ns2.hostpapa.com
  Make sure the MX records for my domain are pointing to 70.33.246.210

  Can you help? Hostpapa are pretty useless! I have asked them the same questions several times and this is all they give me!

  NB – my EMAIL IS DOWN! I won’t be able to access a response to my registered email address so please email (email visible only to moderators and staff)
