Help creating a blog listing contributers and their photos

  I’m trying to set up a blog that shows the contributers on the right hand side. An example would be http://www.mortgagesalesblog.com How do I set it up so that I can upload them? I know it has something to do w/ avatars, but I’m not 100% clear on how to implement it. It doesn’t need to be a multi-user blog. Just photos w/ links to their website.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
