Help creating a content blog page with contributors, news and profiles.

  Is there a theme/template to have a content blog with daily news posts, multiple contributors with individual profiles that provide articles and content?

  As an amateur I’m incapable of writing my own code/template.

  Even if you could write your own theme, you couldn’t use it at WordPress.com. Any of the themes will function for multiple authors, but you may prefer to avoid Monotone and Duotone, as they are not fully widgetized.
