Help creating a website

Hi, I’m trying to create a website. Yesterday I created an acct, chose a domain, and chose a plan, but when the page came up for me to pay I logged off without submitting any type of payment because it wanted me to pay a full yearly amount of $299.00 instead of one month at a time. So when I logged back on today, a home pg came up that shows me my profile pg like I have an acct, I can see my company’s name in the top left corner, and there’s different options for me to choose from on the left of the screen to create a theme for my pg. Also, when I go back to the START menu on WORDPRESS and type in my company’s name on the ‘choose a domain name’ pg, my company’s name is not coming up this time for me to chose, whereas it was on yesterday. Does this mean that it’s not letting me choose it as a domain name today on the ‘choose a domain name’ pg because I chose that name on yesterday…even though I haven’t paid for a plan?
