(Help) Creating tournament website

Hi, i am trying to create a online tournament website where users can submit their scores them selves, join tournaments themselves, make teams and invite players to their teams. Similar to gamrs.net if you have any information please respond, or email me! (email visible only to moderators and staff)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,

I think the best way would be to invite them as ‘Editors’ that way they can do most things (except invite. only an Administrator can invite, keep in mind that nothing is off limits if you make people an Administrator of your blog) see more here on ‘User Roles‘ at WordPress.

Having just looked at the gamrs tho.. not sure anything here on wp.com will be able to come close for you unless you were to go premium.. or wp.org where they have unlimited plugins etc…?

hope someone has more ideas for you, good luck.

Hi there! I think @afreestyler is correct in saying that WordPress.com is probably not the best host for this type of site. I’m sure you could hack it, but I think you’d have a much easier time going self hosted and finding some WordPress plugins that really suit this project:
