Help! Custom domain expired!

Does anyone know what can be done once a domain expires? It’s not showing as being able to be renewed on my wordpress site any longer, however I also cant re register it as a new domain! When I type it in as a domain on wordpress it says it recently expired and to contact ‘support’ to get it back, however, support arent replying to me, and Im guessing since I’m now technically on an unpaid plan they probably won’t! Feel like I’m between a rock and a hard place with no way out. My site and emails are both currently down. Any help or advice would be much appreciated, TIA! xx

That domain expired on 20 February, and has since been removed from our system. It is about to enter redemption with our domain provider.
I’m sending you a link via email to pay for the domain’s renewal. As soon as we receive your payment, I can email our domain provider to request that they restore the domain to us.
