Help Customizing Rounded Theme
-
Hey All,
I tried doing some searching first but can’t find an answer. So now I come to you. I am brand new at working with CSS. I originally selected the rounded theme and wanted to customize it just a bit. You can see it here http://roninquinn.wordpress.com/
What I’m trying to do is two things;
first: Can I make it so that all the corners are rounded and not just the left corners?
Second: can I make the text in my “places to go” menu box text wrap so they don’t run out of the box? Or is there a better way to size the text in the box? For some reason in my own browser it all fits fine, but for other folks the text runs off the side.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Sorry if these are often repeated topics. Feel free to yell at me, I don’t mind.

1. Rounded has 4 rounded corners on all the block elements in the theme (posts backgrounds, sidebar backgrounds, and even the top navigation. The reason you aren’t seening them is because you have copied and pasted the entire CSS stylesheet into the editor which ends up breaking all the relative links in the CSS to all those corner images.
Only put into the CSS edit window the specific sections and declarations that you are actually changing and make sure that “add to existing…” is selected before saving. That will keep all the relative links working.
What you are going to have to do is create new corner images 10 in all with the new colors to match the existing ones in dimension, upload them to the media library, get the URL’s of those uploaded corner gif images and then insert them into the correct locations in the CSS.
2. Edit that link and put spaces between the words. Text wrap cannot take place if their are no spaces. The system can only break a line of text at a space or hyphen.
