Help Delete My Account

    I want to delete my blog and stop getting charged from WordPress. I have tried to do this but keep getting a notification that I can not delete my site. See the warning below. I am desperate to delete it. PLEASE HELP!

    Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.

    If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.

    I can absolutely help you with that.

    Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain bohointhecity.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using bohointhecity.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

    Hi!

    I have cancelled your domain and refunded you the recent $99 automatic renewal for your Premium bundle. Those funds should appear on your account within the next several days. You should now be able to delete the site bohointhecity.wordpress.com following the steps here:
