Help deleting blog forgot UN PW can only remember parts EMAIL account closed

Hi,
I have a blog incandelatechnology.wordpress.com
The email for the account is on yahoo.com and I haven’t logged in years so they deleted it. The password I made for this blog is so complicated I cannot remember the exact way it went only parts. I have a new website incandelatechnology.com
I want the old blog deleted, what can I do to prove to wordpress to prove it’s mine and get it deleted? Should I buy an upgrade just to get it deleted? I have original vector based logo the one I used on blog is just an image. Please email me: (email visible only to moderators and staff) -
You must be logged in under exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access Tools.

After you do that if you cannot locate a verification email, look in your email client spam/junk mail filter for the email with the blog deletion verification link in it and click that link. If clicking it does not work then copy and paste the link into your upper browser bar and click.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled. If you delete a blog URL it can not be used by you or by anyone else again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ That is why I suggest you make it private instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
