Help deleting files from server

    We have a number of files that have been deleted from the WP media library and now need to be deleted from the WP servers. If we provide the direct links, is there someone here who can help?

    Howdy,

    We can help with that. There are two options:

    1. You can just wait ~24 hours for the cache to update. If you have hundreds of files, this would be the way to go.

    or

    2. If you just have a handful of files, you can provide the direct URLs for the files and staff can help you make sure they are deleted.
