  Hi! I want to cancel my subscription and I was charged last month but I do not see anything on my purchases.

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  Did you perhaps make this purchase under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into?

  If you don’t remember the account where you made the purchase, enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
