Help desperately needed

  I’m locked out of my sites I have had for over 3 years !!! I am requesting the forgot password option but it says sent email to reset password but I’m not getting!!!

  For the first few years my email was (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I changed it for my login and I can not remember to which email. How ever I’ve checked all emails and none have received link to reset password x

  This is awful I’m now ready to update my site x

  It seems that you’re in the wrong support forum. You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com. WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.
