  I have no idea why I am getting these notices. Obviously, I clicked on something I should not have.
  Please confirm that I am not being charged for anything.
  Then unsubscribe from any and all.

  What notices are you talking about? You can always manage your purchases yourself, https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/
