    Hi buschmannpr2014, sadly I don’t see any domains or even any websites associated with this account.

    If the domain just barely expired, please log out and log in with the proper account (the one that owns the domain) and you should be able to renew here:
    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    If it expired several weeks ago, it may be in redemption, and we’d need to work with the domain owner to fix that. We can check if we know what the domain name is.

    I read in your other thread that your domain is in redemption. We don’t know yet what the domain is though since it isn’t on this account.

    Can you tell us the domain? Also, if possible, can you log into the correct account to respond? We’ll go from there.

    Thanks, I mananged to log in correctly and purchase or renewals are not an option anymore. The domain is http://www.aventurecotours.com – it is gone, looks like it has gone into redemption.

    Hi there,

    That domain expired on 11 February and has already been removed from our system. It is indeed already in redemption with our registrar.

    It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
