HELP!!! Domain is current but showing expired
-
I am trying to edit my site, and wp.com keeps showing me that the domain is expired. It is currently active with go daddy, and the DNS is properly pointed to wp.com. I am also a premium member, but wp.com is not allowing me to contact support.
I am immensely frustrated as I need to update my site for a job.
Can anyone help??? PLEASE. thank you.

Hi @kateandmarc, you have several domain mapping subscriptions on the site, and the one for kaddiego.com was expired. I’ve removed it for now so you won’t see that error. If you’d like to add it again, you can do that here:
Cheers!

the domain is current as of July 25 with go daddy. I have the bill and confirmation from go daddy that the site is live. how can I re-associate this blog to that domain name? I never made any changes, and the domain DID NOT lapse.
Thanks! -
@kateandmarc, for a domain to work with your WordPress.com site, you need an active registration as well as an active domain mapping subscription.
While your registration was active, your domain mapping subscription had expired. You’d be welcome to add it again here:

Actually it’s fine at GoDaddy.
Only the mapping is expired. She just needs to add it again (I removed the expired subscription to get rid of the error.)
