help domain mapping

  Hello- I’m trying to map my domain name (hosted on godaddy, paid for domain mapping on wordpress). Nothing happens when I click on ‘domains’ or ‘settings’ or ‘map a domain you already own’. I thought this was a problem with the free plan, but nothing happens when I click on the plan to try to upgrade it, either. What’s the problem?

  Update: I upgraded to premium, and used firefox instead of explorer, so the domain link now works. I can see that my primary domain name is correct. When I click “map it”, and type it in, I’m told I can’t because it’s already mapped to a wordpress.com user. Yes– me. How do I resolve this? And how do I access WordPress support? I thought I could email support once I upgraded to premium, but I don’t see how…
