Help! Domain name is locked and cannot access my account

Help! I have an account http://www.Hendersonsontheroad.com which is a WordPress.com premium account, which was being hosted by Siteground. On May 10, an automatic payment was made to WordPress for 99 euros for this site, Paypal transaction Id [# redacted by mod]. I had neglected to cancel automatic payment when I transferred the account to Siteground. Because I didn’t want to have an automatic payment again, on May 11 I cancelled the automatic payment. HOwever the 99 Euros that was paid to WordPress.com was paid and not refunded. ON May 11, WordPress transferred the domain from Siteground back to WordPress, and also cancelled ownership of the account Hendersonsontheroad.com. I am unable to use the account recovery form to get back into the site to request the domain name be unlocked. I keep getting the message http://www.Hendersonsontheroad.com is not a WordPress.com site.
Since I’ve given the transaction Id WordPress should be able to figure out I am the owner and this is paid. You should be able to fix the owner and unlock the domain name and help me set a new password. There is no other way for me to contact WordPress except by getting on to my free site since I cannot get into http://WWW.Hendersonsonthe road.com.
Again- WordPress transferred the domain back from Siteground on May 11 and also cancelled the ownership of my account, even though the 99 euros payment was made and I did not want the domain moved back to WordPress. Now I am unable to do anything with the site.
IF WordPress won’t assist in correcting the problem – fixing ownership, unlocking domain and help changing password, how do I request a refund if I can’t even log on to the account? HELP!!!!!
