HELP – Domain name issues

    Hi there, I accidently purchased your plan with the domain name I need. I immediately cancelled all my purchases and tried to cancel the domain name. I am now trying to register the domain name elsewhere but it is saying it is unavaible. I am now trying to transfer the domain name from wordpress to my other host, but I need to turn off the privacy so they can access it. Can you please help tell me how to get my domain name back and how to turn off the privacy. My domain name is worldanimalwarriors.com. Thanks guys
