Help – Domain Name Renewal only

    I am trying to renew my domain name only (not the 99.00 package as I need to use squarespace for my school requirement and cannot afford both. Squarespace says they cannot accept domain name transfers right now, but that it can be redirected to them (I think this is how it works). Anyway, is there any way to just renew the domain name for a lower price?

    Hi Kim,
    If you purchased the Premium plan within the last 30 days, go to Manage Purchases and cancel the Premium plan upgrade. There should be an option to keep the domain.

    If it’s been more than 30 days, a staff member can unbundle the upgrades so you can renew the domain and let the Premium plan expire. For staff assistance, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread.
