Help! Domain unavailable, still not refunded after 2 charges

OK so here’s my story:
-I upgraded with the 99 dollar pack
-After I had done it, it still somehow showed ‘in cart’ so I assumed it hadn’t went through.
-I got charged twice for the same service, and received 2 separate confirmations. This should be fixed (eg the option to “upgrade” shouldnt be available once you’ve already upgraded).Obviously I’d like to be charged only once. In any case, I requested a refund (which still hasn’t gone through on my credit card, but surprise surprise the domain I registered is already back in an unavailable state).
Now I have 2 issues:
-The support still hasn’t gotten back to my private email (no it’s not an excuse to say that wordpress blogging is free and so support can be just a forum and a slow email service. There are paid services, of which I have opted for, which make this a moot point). I can’t comprehend that there is no actual email or phone to contact for help.
-The domain I registered (cyrus.me) shows the following when I go to it:
Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.And when I go to the store, the domain isn’t available. Help would be greatly appreciated…

OK I did. My problem is somewhat simplified now; I received 1 refund (meaning still charged once) but I have no access to my domain/upgrades. Once I get those back i’ll be gravy.
