HELP! Domain/Server change, authorisation code, pin
-
Hi, I have a designer transferring my domain to his server. I have been sent an authorisation form/web page to access in order to confirm but I need an authorisation code from the current registrar – WILDWEST DOMAINS.
I have called them, spoken with three different departments, and am told I need to give a pin in order for them to access my account. I’ve never used a pin before as it’s gone through WordPress.
How would I go about getting my pin from WordPress so I can get an authorisation code from WILDWEST so I can transfer the domain?
And breathe.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’re a star. No idea why I was told on the webpage the new registrar sent to contact WILDWEST DOMAINS, completely un-necessary step.
Have my authorisation code, seems simple enough with hindsight but thank you so much for pointing me in right direction!

You be welcome – many people start at Wild West – a common error
If the help people at your new host / registrar are not familiar with WordPress.COM they probably just did a whois and stopped there –
good luck
