Help downloading the AddThis Plugin to my Blog

  Hello,
  I can not find out how to (1.Go to the ‘Add New’ plugins screen in your WordPress admin area) so I can download the AddThis plugin to my blog. I have tried everything I can imagine going, but I just cant seem to find anything that says Add New Plugins… Can anyone please help me find this.

  Although there is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload plugins I have looked at your blog and have a suggestion.

  At the bottom of each post and page you can now include sharing buttons for your readers to share your content across a range of social networks/services. In your blog’s Settings menu, there is a Sharing option.
