Help downloading XLM file
-
Hello everyone,
I’m trying to download my blog’s XML file to my computer, as a backup and to fiddle with redesigning at a new host.
When I go to “Tools: Content” and click on the big “Download Export File” button, all I receive is a blank XML file with zero bytes of memory. When I try to open it, a tab opens in my browser reading, “This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.”
I am using Safari on a MacBook Air.
Any help?

Hi there,
Sorry for the export trouble! That can sometimes happen if a blog has a lot of content. I’m working on a new export file for your blog now, and I’ll email you a link to download it once it’s ready. (I’ll also let you know here when I send that email.)
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

That export process finished up pretty quickly — I just emailed you that download link. :) You’re welcome to reply directly to that email with any questions.
