Help embedding seal from Psychology Today
-
Hello! I use WordPress to run a website for my practice as a therapist. I am attempting to add the “verified by Psychology Today” code in my footer of my website. This is the code I copied from Psych Today:
<!– Professional verification provided by Psychology Today –>
<a href=”https://www.psychologytoday.com/profile/1300308″ class=”sx-verified-seal”></a>
https://member.psychologytoday.com/verified-seal.js
<!– End Verification –>For context: I have the Premium plan. I am not sure what block to add to paste this code, or how to get it to work.
TIA!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The answer is very simple: you can’t embed a javascript without upgrading to the Business Plan.

Back in the day the workaround we used was to upload an image or screenshot of the seal/icon and then link that image to the relevant webpage.

Thanks to @justjennifer I did a quick search and found the code to use in another forum post. You only have to replace 999999 with your own profile id.
<a title="verified by Psychology Today" href="https://therapists.psychologytoday.com/rms/prof_detail.php?profid=999999&p=10&tr=Ext_Verify"> <img src="https://therapists.psychologytoday.com/rms/external_verification.php?profid=999999" alt="verified by Psychology Today" width="146" height="69" border="0" /> </a>
