HELP! Embedding Video throws off the alignment of my WP page

  Thanks for anyone’s help! First off I am a rookie, so if this is a stupid question then undetstand. I have a WP website, http://www.trainwreckpeeps.com I embed lots of video from YouTube and other sites. When I embed the videos fly all over the place! There is no control on alignment. The website looks like a train wreck! The same thing happens when I embed in ads, etc… How can I fix this? OR, is there another template anybody suggests using?
